Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Genius Eye (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you're using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure
• One person per account — sharing login credentials is not permitted
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service

3. Your Content

You retain full ownership of everything you create, upload, or store in Genius Eye. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license solely to host and serve your content back to you.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Do not send unsolicited bulk email (spam) through Genius Mail
• Do not attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure

5. Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time — your plan remains active through the end of the billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the Service did not meet your expectations.

6. Email Services

• Email domains: @geniuseye.ai (executive accounts) and @getmail.ai (public accounts)
• Free accounts include 1 mailbox. Additional mailboxes available via add-ons
• We implement SPF, DKIM, DMARC to protect your email reputation
• Spam or abusive email use will result in immediate account suspension

7. AI Features

The Genius AI assistant is provided as a productivity tool. AI outputs may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before relying on it.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
